አሰሪ የተጠየቀን የስራ ስንብት ክፍያን በተመለከተ አጠቃላይ ተቃውሞ አቀርቦበት እያለ ፤ ጉዳዩ የቀረበለት ፍ/ቤት ሰሌቱን በተመለከተ አልተቃወመም በሚል በመተርጎም በሰራተኛው የተጠየቀን የስንብት ክፍያ ዳኝነት ሙሉ በሙሉ በመወሰን የሚሰጥ ዳኝነት ተገቢ ስላለመሆኑ ፤ፍ/ቤቱ በሕጉ አግባብ አስልቶ መጠኑን ሊወሰን የሚገባ ሰለመሆኑ ፤ አዋጅ ቁ.377/96 አንቀፅ 40 (1 እና 2)
