በባልና ሚስት የንብረት ክፍፍል ክርክር ወቅት ድብቅ የጦር መሳሪያ መኖሩ እስከተረጋገጠ ድረስ በሕግ አግባብ ስልጣን ባለዉ አካል አለመመዝገቡ መሳሪያዉ የለም የሚያስብል ሳይሆን የኢኮኖሚ ጥቅም ያለዉ እና ባልና ሚስት በትዳር እያሉ ያፈሩት እስከሆነ ድረስ ከሚመለከተዉ አካል ተመዝግቦ መሳሪያዉን ለመያዝ ፈቃድ አለመሰጠቱ፣ የተጋቢዎቹ የጋራ ሀብት እንዳይሆን የማያደርገዉ ስለመሆኑ
