በሁለት ሰዎች መካከል የጋብቻ ሁኔታ መኖሩን ለማረጋገጥ የሚያዝ ጭብጥ በሁለቱ ሰዎች መካከል ከጋብቻ ውጪ እንደባልና ሚስት የመኖር ሁኔታ ስለመኖሩ ለማረጋገጥ በሚል ከሚያዘው ጭብጥ የተለየ ወይም አንድ አይነት ነው ሊባል የማይቻል ስለመሆኑ የተሻሻለው የቤተሰብ ህግ አዋጅ ቁ. 213/92
