አንድ ሰው የሌላውን ሰው የሥራ ድካም ወይም በሌላው ሰው ሀብት በመገልገል በቂ ባልሆነ ምክንያት ጥቅም ያገኘ እንደሆነ አላግባብ ባገኘው ጥቅም መጠን ለባለሀብቱ ወይም በጉልበቱ ለደከመው ሰው የመመለስና የመካስ ግዴታ ያለበት ስለመሆኑ፣ በፍ/ሕ/ቁ 2162፣2164(1)
