ለአንድ ውርስ ወራሽ የሆነ አንድ ሰው ውርስ ከተከፈተ በኋላ የሞተ እንደሆነ የወራሽነት ማረጋገጫ የምስክር ወረቀት ባያወጣም ለውርሱ አይገባም እስካልተባለ ድረስ የወራሸነት መብቶች ለእርሱ ወራሾች የሚተላለፍ ስለመሆኑ
