የማይንቀሳቀስ ንብረት በሃራጅ በሚሸጥበት ጊዜ በሃራጅ እንዲሸጥ የሚወጣው ማስታወቂያ ለ3ዐ ቀናት መቆየት ያለበት ስለመሆኑ ንብረቱ በመያዣ የተያዘ እንደሆነም የመያዣው ልክ ምን ያህል እንደሆነ በጨረታ ማስታወቂያ ላይ መገለጽ ያለበት ስለመሆኑ ሽያጩ ባልተገባ መንገድ ተከናውኗል ከተባለም ጨረታው በድጋሚ መካሄድ ያለበት ስለመሆኑ በመያዣ የተያዘን ንብረት በሌላ ባለገንዘብ ጠያቂነት እንዲሸጥ ሊደረግ ስለመቻሉ
