Decisions by Cassation Bench of the Federal Supreme Court of Ethiopia are binding on all lower courts. This is promulgated under federal proclamation no. 454/2005. Since then the Federal Supreme court has published 23 volumes of cassation decisions. All published decisions of the Cassation bench are made available in this website. The decisions are organized either in volumes exactly as they are published by the Supreme Court or separated by case number and subject matter.
